As the principal of El Dorado Elementary School, I bring nearly two decades of dedicated service in public education to our campus. My career as an administrator, classroom teacher, and instructional leader is defined by a deep commitment to equity and student success. Over the past 14 years as a campus principal—including a distinguished nine-year tenure at J.T. Brackenridge Elementary in San Antonio ISD, and foundational leadership roles within Houston ISD—I have focused on building strong, thriving school communities.

A lifelong learner, I earned my Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M International University and a Master of Education in Leadership from Lamar University. My proven track record in campus transformation also earned me selection into the prestigious national Cahn Fellows Program for Distinguished Principals, a network that honors and elevates outstanding school leaders across the United States.

Throughout my journey, I have stood as a fierce advocate for bilingual education and dual-language programming. I know firsthand that strong language pathways are vital to long-term academic success, and I champion the diverse educational opportunities offered within North East ISD (NEISD). My core leadership philosophy is rooted in providing an equitable, excellent academic experience that ensures every single child at El Dorado has the resources and support to thrive.
